Refund and Returns Policy
At Oryx Pakistan Perfumes, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Please review the following policy to understand your options and requirements.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.
Note: Perfumes and fragrances are personal care items. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products unless the item is defective or damaged.
2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:
Wrong Product Shipped: If you received an incorrect item.
Defective or Damaged Product: If the product is damaged, defective, or expired upon arrival.
Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind (subject to eligibility criteria above).
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange:
Contact our customer support team at info@oryxpakistan.com within the eligible timeframe.
Provide your order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
4. Return Shipping
For Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs.
For Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the replacement product in your return request.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the replacement product is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is of a lower value, we will refund the difference.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Opened or used perfumes and fragrances.
Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.
Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
