At Oryx Pakistan, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and perfumes and want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our hassle-free return and exchange policy ensures a smooth and convenient experience.

  1. 10-Day Return & Exchange Window
    You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining.

  • Jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition.

  • Perfumes must be mostly full and not heavily used.

  • Items must be in their original packaging with all seals, labels, and tags intact.

  1. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
    Contact our customer support team at info@oryxpakistan.com to initiate the process.
    Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
    Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed.

  2. Processing Time
    Return and exchange requests are processed promptly, typically within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the returned product.

  3. Delivery Charges

  • Original Delivery Charges: Non-refundable.

  • Exchange Delivery Charges: Customers are responsible for delivery charges incurred for exchanging products.

  • Exceptions: If the product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, Oryx Pakistan will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.

  1. Exchange-Only Policy for High-Value Orders
    For jewelry or perfume orders exceeding Rs. 5,000, we offer an exchange option only. These orders are not eligible for a refund.

  2. Refunds
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
    Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  3. Damaged or Defective Products
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  4. Non-Returnable Items
    Products that do not meet the return/exchange conditions (e.g., used beyond 10%, damaged due to customer mishandling, or missing original packaging) are not eligible for return or exchange.
